- Add editorial source — from Plaza or My Backlinks to site queue

Draft structure

Follow-up notes
Queue notes accept free text — use for:
- Send date and contact name
- Editor response status
- Revision requests
Guest workflow placeholders suggest pitch-sent examples. Notes appear in Tracker export where included.
Mark as sent
Mark Submitted sets queue user_status to submitted.
Tracker shows Operation: Submitted, Link: Checking until a live article URL is verified or marked live.
Editorial links often take weeks — Submitted is correct interim state.
No auto-send boundary
NetTree never sends email or publication messages on your behalf. This keeps manual guest posting tool compliance and prevents accidental outreach.
CAPTCHA, paywalls, and editor portals remain manual.

Recheck appears only with a backlink verification record, same as directory rows.
Common questions
Can NetTree find guest post opportunities? Use Discovery and Plaza; guest workflow executes pitches you already queued.
Include tracking links in pitch? Drafts may reference your site URL from profile — you control final copy before send.
Reopen skipped pitch? Use Reopen in Tracker or re-queue from site list.
