By creating an account, using NetTree, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
The service
NetTree helps teams research backlink opportunities, prepare editable drafts, organize queues, and verify whether links are live. It is an AI-assisted workbench, not an unattended submission bot.
Human-controlled actions
You remain responsible for reviewing drafts, respecting third-party policies, completing CAPTCHAs and logins, and performing final submit, send, or post actions.
No outcome guarantees
Directory approvals, editorial acceptance, link treatment, and search rankings are controlled by third parties. NetTree does not guarantee listings, backlinks, traffic, or rankings.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials secure, use accurate product information, and do not abuse the service for spam, deception, or policy circumvention. Do not use NetTree to violate law, send unsolicited communications, impersonate others, bypass third-party controls, or infringe rights. We may suspend or terminate access that harms the platform, other users, or third parties.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Free and paid plan limits are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are processed by PayPal or Stripe. The checkout page shows the billing currency, amount, and interval before you approve the charge. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Changing a plan or billing interval follows the selected provider’s confirmation and billing rules. PayPal changes take effect at the next renewal; Stripe may apply the change immediately and may charge or credit the account as shown in its billing portal. Intellectual property and feedback
NetTree and its software, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You keep rights in content you provide and give us a limited right to process it only to operate and improve the service. If you provide feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or any particular business result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetTree is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice where required. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or through our contact form.
