NETTREE PUBLIC MCP · STREAMABLE HTTP

Link intelligence
for AI agents.

NetTree exposes a read-only Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so Cursor, Claude Desktop, and other MCP clients can search public link destinations, inspect coarse quality tiers, and suggest fit — without scraping the marketing site.

  • Redacted public catalog only
  • Per-account API keys
  • Hard pagination and rate limits
Endpoint
https://nettree.ai/api/mcp

Use Authorization: Bearer … — the literal Bearer prefix is required.

TOOLS ON THE SERVER

Three calls cover
discovery and fit.

Responses are JSON text blocks. Exact submission URLs, evidence, and raw SEO metrics stay inside a NetTree workspace.

search_link_sources

search_link_sources

Filter the public catalog by kind, pricing, language, risk, or name/domain.

get_link_source

get_link_source

Fetch one redacted record by NetTree id or root domain.

suggest_link_sources

suggest_link_sources

Heuristic ranking for a site profile (name, URL, industry, keywords).

PUBLIC LIMITS

Designed to preview,
not to mirror the library.

  • Up to 15 rows per page, 3 pages per search (45 rows max per query)
  • suggest_link_sources returns at most 10 destinations
  • 60 tool calls per minute per API key

CURSOR SETUP

Connect in Settings → MCP.

Sign in, open Account settings → MCP API key, copy your key, then add a Streamable HTTP server in ~/.cursor/mcp.json:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "nettree-public": {
      "url": "https://nettree.ai/api/mcp",
      "headers": {
        "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_MCP_API_KEY"
      }
    }
  }
}

After saving, reconnect the server in Cursor. If you see Invalid MCP API key, confirm the header uses Bearer and matches the key shown in your account.

NEED SUBMISSION URLS & PROOF?

Use the workspace
for the full operator record.

Public MCP is a redacted index. Queues, drafts, verification, and submission endpoints live in your NetTree workspace after you match destinations to a site profile.
