This policy explains how NetTree handles personal data when you use our website, workspace, support channels, and PayPal checkout.
Who is responsible and how to contact us
NetTree is responsible for the data described in this policy. The seller is identified in the PayPal checkout and receipt. For privacy, account, or deletion requests, contact us at [email protected] or use the contact form.
Data we collect
Account email and display name, workspace membership, site profiles you add, queue and verification activity, contact-form messages, and billing identifiers and subscription status supplied by PayPal. We do not receive or store your PayPal card or bank details.
How we use data
To operate the product: authentication, workspace isolation, matching and drafting features, usage metering, billing administration, support, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Where required, we rely on consent for optional analytics and on the performance of our service or legitimate operational interests for the rest.
Service providers and disclosures
We use PayPal to process subscriptions. With your cookie consent, we use Google Analytics for aggregate site measurement. We may use email, hosting, security, search, and AI service providers to run NetTree. We share data with providers only as needed to deliver the service, comply with law, protect users, or handle a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
Third-party accounts and content
NetTree does not ask for third-party directory or publisher login credentials. Final submissions, CAPTCHAs, and account sign-ins stay with you. Content and website information you choose to add to a workspace may be processed to provide the requested research and draft features.
Retention, transfers, and your choices
We keep account and workspace data while the account is active and as needed for security, support, accounting, and legal obligations. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, subject to those obligations. Providers may process data in countries other than yours. You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your account data, and can withdraw analytics consent at any time through our Cookie settings.
Children and policy changes
NetTree is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will update the effective date below. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated policy, where permitted by law.
