Backlink record A row in the backlinks store representing a verified or checking relationship between a source page URL and your target site URL. Enables Recheck in Tracker.
Batch register Tracker tool to mark multiple draft_ready queue items as Submitted in one pass, with optional listing URLs.
Checking (Link status) Verification is pending or the page outcome is not yet confirmed Live.
Overview (Command Center) NetTree home dashboard at /app (nav label Overview) — queue stats, workflow shortcuts, and continue-work list.
Content matrix Multi-platform publishing plan linked to content-publish queue items. See Content matrix.
Content publish workflow Workflow for owned channels (Tumblr, GitHub, Medium, etc.): draft → publish on platform → record public URL → verify.

Directory workflow Workflow for product directories and launch lists: fit review → draft → manual submit → track listing URL.
Draft ready Queue state: assets prepared; ready for you to submit on the destination site.
Guest post workflow Workflow for editorial outreach: research → pitch draft → human send → follow-up notes.

Live (Link status) A public listing or backlink is reachable and confirmed by verification or accepted human evidence. Contrast with Submitted.
Live URL The public page where your listing or link appears (Tracker Links column). Distinct from Submit page.
Lost (Link status) A previously Live link no longer passes verification.

Operation (Tracker column) Your progress on the submission task: Pending, Submitted, Published, Rejected, Skipped.
Origin (Tracker) How the row entered the system (plaza, verified, etc.).
Owned channel A publishing property you control on a third-party platform (blog, repo, profile), stored with public_url for verification.
Plaza NetTree public link source library of curated directories and submission destinations.
Published (Operation) Queue-level completion treated as live/published (maps from queue live status). Does not alone guarantee verified Live link status.

Batch open (Open selected) From site queue: open up to 10 destination URLs in new tabs. See Link libraries — batch open.
Queue (site submission queue) Per-site list of destinations chosen for outreach, with workflow state and notes.
Recheck Re-run link verification for an existing backlink record (Tracker action).
Site profile Structured context for your site: positioning, keywords, region — used for matching and drafts.
Submit page Destination URL where you perform submission or create content (Tracker Links column).
Submitted An action was recorded (form sent, pitch sent, post published). Does not imply SEO outcome or Live link. See /verification.

Verified (Tracker origin) Row linked to a backlink verification record; typically supports Recheck.
