Blog comment workflow

NetTree comment workflow for context-aware reply drafts with human posting and optional link tracking policies.

Comment workflow

The contextual blog comment workflow drafts thoughtful replies from article context. Links are off by default — you opt in when the page policy allows.

Paths: /app/workflows/comment/app/workflows/comment/[queueId]

Who this is for

Draft fields

FieldDefaultNotes
Body40–600 chars; contextual to article
Include brand mentionOnSubtle product/site reference when appropriate
Include linkOffMust be enabled explicitly

NetTree’s LLM prompt enforces includeLink: false unless the page clearly welcomes resource links.

Human post requirement

NetTree does not post comments. Sign-in, moderation queues, and CAPTCHA stay with you.

The extension may assist on some forms; final submit is always manual.

UGC comment links carry spam and moderation risk. NetTree defaults to no link to protect your brand.

When you enable Include link, verify:

  • Comment policy allows URLs
  • Anchor text reads naturally
  • Page is relevant to your site profile

High-risk sources may show elevated risk badges in Plaza.

Tracker expectations

Many comment destinations never yield stable Live URLs. Typical paths:

ScenarioTracker
Comment posted, no permalinkSubmitted / Unknown or Checking
Permalink capturedAdd Live URL in notes
Comment removed laterLost on recheck if verified

Do not treat Submitted comments as guaranteed backlinks.

Common questions

Why no link by default? Reduces spam footprint and matches NetTree’s evidence-first UGC link building workflow policy.

Can I edit draft tone? Yes — regenerate or edit body before copying.

Does comment workflow consume verify quota? Only if you create a verifiable backlink record with a stable URL.
